We offer once a week in home meal prep service anywhere in San Diego county including La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and La Costa.
Every cook session includes:

✔ Grocery shopping
✔ In-home cooking
✔ Food storage
✔ Labeling
✔ Kitchen cleanup
✔ Heating instructions
Starting at $250 per cook session plus groceries.
Each week’s chef prepared in home meal prep service will produce five meals and two salads of your choosing for you and your family.
We have experience cooking a variety of different diets and are happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. Or we can just help you make life a little easier around the home while providing your kids with hearty & healthy chef made meals made with fresh ingredients.
Once we book and settle on a menu for each week’s service we will take care of all planning, shopping, cooking, storing & labeling of the food. Typically your chef will shop for groceries at the store of your choosing on the way to your home and be in your house for about 4 to 5 hours cooking. They will then do all dishes and clean your kitchen like no one was ever there!
After service you will be provided with a copy of the grocery receipt and Heating Instructions for that week's meals.

Your chef will shop at the store of your choosing and follow your instructions you give. Whether you want only the best premium organic ingredients, or are looking for more cost effective meals we will Taylor your meal prep service to fit your!
